Fun to Be Fit is an exercise class to help cardiac and lung disease patients and community members with their strength, coordination, flexibility, balance and posture. The class is led by respiratory care practitioners. It meets every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 8 a.m. in the Stergios Building on the Desert Regional Medical Center campus.
