Event Description:

This is a series of four classes designed to teach expectant mothers and childbirth coaches about the laboring process. Discussion topics include: the signs and stages of labor, breathing and relaxation techniques, possible complications, labor induction, cesarean section, medications, anesthesia and postpartum care. A tour of the Twin Cities Birth & Baby Center is included.
