This class is recommended for all patients who are planning to have Knee, Hip or Spine Surgery.
The topics that will be discussed are:
- What happens after surgery
- Pain management
- Special equipment you might need after surgery (such as a front wheeled walker?
- Exercises to strengthen your muscles before and after surgery
- Preparing your home and discharge
You are allowed to bring one support person. If you are bringing a support person please enroll them as well so we have an accurate count of who will be attending.
