Join in during our virtual weight loss support group, as individuals share their stories and struggles in a comfortable and supportive environment.
By registering for this event, you will receive a video conference link via email, which will allow you to participate in the class virtually. The class is interactive and informative to answer your questions and support your weight loss goals.
You will need a smartphone, tablet or home computer with an internet connection and will need access to email to receive the link to join the video conference.
