Let us help prepare you for your amazing journey. Our one-day class teaches expectant parents and coaches about the laboring process and birth experience.
Saint Francis Hospital - Memphis is pleased to offer this free class and tour for those delivering at Saint Francis Hospital - Memphis.
The class covers many important aspects of pregnancy and childbirth, including:
Labor and delivery
Hospital procedures
Medications, interventions, and Cesarean birth
Breathing, relaxation and massage
Different positions used in labor and In-class practice of techniques
Classes are Saturdays | 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
