Join Frye Regional Medical Center for our upcoming "Lunch Bunch" session on Oct. 20th. Join us from 12:00pm - 1pm, in the Educational Classroom located on the main campus of the hospital to learn more about Heart Healthy Nutrition. A healthy diet and active lifestyle are key to preventing certain types of cardiovascular disease. We will have registered dietician, Jessica Quinn presenting facts and tips about how maintaining a healthy nutrition regime will directly impact the overall health of your heart.
She will also be there to answer any questions you may have. We will follow the presentation with a healthy walk around the .9 mile loop and conclude our session with a healthy lunch to go. We encourage you to invite a friend/coworker to join you. Cost is $5 per person. What better way to spend your lunch hour!
