Event Description:	This in-person class is instructed by a certified labor and delivery nurse and is designed to help expectant mothers prepare for childbirth. A variety of topics including breathing and relaxation, exercise, baby care and more. This class will also include infant care which teaches first time expectant parents the basics of newborn care. Topics include bathing, feeding, general care, caring for sick infants and taking a temperature. General infant safety is also discussed. A tour will be offered at 12:00 during this class as well.
