Great for all fitness levels, circuit training alternates strength training exercises with low impact cardiovascular exercises to give you two workouts in one. We combine intervals of cardio drills and muscle conditioning exercises to provide you with the ultimate circuit workout and calorie burn. Must be at least 18 years old to participate.
FEE NOTES: - $150 for series ($135 for Primetime members). - Can pay with credit card during enrollment or bring check to class.
