Event Description:

This class is great for individuals of all fitness levels. A program of gentle stretching and breathing exercises helps to improve
balance, joint health and relax the nervous system. Must be at least 18 years old to participate.
FEE NOTES:
- $150 for series ($135 for Primetime members).
- Can pay with credit card during enrollment or bring check to class.
