Get Healthy Kids is a free, healthy lifestyle program for children ages 8-16 and their parents. The program consists of six, 90-minute sessions for the entire family. The program meets once a week. Each session includes a nutrition lesson, physical activity, goal setting and a support session for parents.

CLASS INFO:
- There will be a "Meet & Greet" held on August 22nd from 6PM - 7:30PM, the actual series begins on August 29th. **Please note, the "Meet & Greet" IS mandatory to participate in the series.**
- This 6-week series will be held on Thursdays, starting August 29th running through October 3rd from 6PM - 7:30PM.
- Parent(s)/Guardian MUST attend entire class with child to be able to attend them all.
- Siblings of the enrolled child are welcome to attend, if old enough they can also participate. If younger, we can provide coloring sheets and crayons to help entertain.
- No snacks are provided at class.

- upon entering the building, the classroom will be the fifth door on your right.

REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS:
1.) To register for an event, please click on "Register" that is listed below under the "Seats Remaining Register" column.
2.) Fill in your Name, Address, DOB, Phone Number, Email address, click "Save Enrollee" and scroll to the bottom of the screen.
3.) Select "View Cart".
4.) Select "Register".
