Event Description:

This class will give you and your birthing partner the information and skills you need for a positive birthing experience. The class covers such topics as positive positions in labor, comfort and coping and working as a team in labor.
You will need to bring a blanket or beach towels and 4-5 pillows ( large black trash bag works to bring them in the building) Wear comfortable clothes and be prepared to be on the floor.
MOTHER MAY BRING 1 PARTNER/GUEST. PLEASE ENROLL MOTHER AND PARTNER/GUEST INTO THE ROSTER.
