Carb Counting - a free, two-hour class from Get Healthy, Live Well - focuses on empowering attendees to take control of their blood sugar by understanding how carbohydrates affect their bodies, how to find - and avoid - carb-rich foods, what foods can lower blood sugar and more.
The class is led by a registered and licensed dietitian from Tanner Health System. Topics the class addresses include:

Registration begins at 5:30 p.m. and the class starts at 6 p.m.
