**The Family Birth Center Dyer is discontinuing the Birthing Services effective March 29, 2018. If you have a due date after that date please see the Hammond location Family Birth Center Tour for tour availability.
**Children under the age of 5 must have received the flu vaccine at least 2 weeks prior to the tour. Parents need to bring a vaccination record for children under the age of 5. If the child had not received the flu vaccine, he or she will have to wear a mask in the hallways on the tour.**
