Event Description:

At this free event, we will have several educational booths and breakout sessions. There will be refreshments, prizes and the first 25 participants to register for safe sleep education at the event will receive a free infant safe sleep pack and play. Registration is required.

- Prenatal Care
- Breastfeeding
- A safe sleeping environment
- Living tobacco free
- Reading your baby
Breakout Sessions:
- Nutrition demonstrations
- Family Zumba (YMCA)
