Franciscan Health - ACO Senior Health and Wellness Fair
The Accountable Care Organization is once again proud to offer this Senior Events to help promote health and wellness and provide valuable health and resource information to the seniors of Porter County, Indiana.
Sponsored by Franciscan Health, this health and wellness fair will give seniors access to over 25 vendors that cater to senior needs. Also available will be a presentation on Advanced Care Planning and Advanced Directives by Dr. Brian Dickover and Rachel Fischer, DNP, free screenings, giveaways, door prizes and refreshments.
