-Instructional Dance led by Franciscan Health Fitness Center's Instructors

--Blood Glucose (nothing but water 8 hours before screening for best results)

--Spirometry (Lung Function)

--Body Fat Analysis
--Injury Screenings (performed by METT Therapy)
