Event Description:
|
This 3-series class will familiarize the expectant mother, and her coach, with relaxation and breathing techniques, the role of the coach, hospital procedures, and options. We recommend that couples begin this class 6-7 weeks prior to the expected birth of the baby. A tour of the OB unit is included in the class.
FEE NOTES:
- $100 per couple for people NOT delivering at Franciscan Health - Chicago Heights.
- FREE for patients delivering at Franciscan Health - Chicago Heights as well as Medicaid and Aunt Martha's patients, and also if waived by Terry Berki.
- Pay on day of class by check or cash.
Class note for the three class series in November: It will be November 8th, 15th and 29th. NO class on the 22nd due to Thanksgiving.
