We know annual mammogram screenings save women's lives every day. But in the battle against breast cancer the story doesn't end there.
We will be showing the movie, Decoding Annie Parker. This movie starring Helen Hunt, tells the story of two remarkable women: Annie Parker, a three-time cancer survivor, and Dr. Mary Claire King who discovered the BRCA breast cancer gene's mutation. Along with the free movie, refreshments and a Vera Bradley gift bag, our genetic counselor will discuss the link between breast cancer and family history. Plus, you'll receive a free risk assessment.
